E3 IVXP provides veteran peer-support, leadership development, mentorship, decompression programming, reintegration support, outdoor experiential activities, resilience-building opportunities, and community-based programming.

E3 IVXP is not a licensed medical provider, mental health clinic, counseling center, psychiatric facility, crisis stabilization organization, or healthcare provider. E3 IVXP does not provide medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological diagnosis, therapy, counseling services, or emergency mental health services.

Participation in E3 IVXP programs, activities, mentorship, events, discussions, assessments, or community engagement opportunities is voluntary and is intended for personal growth, leadership development, peer connection, reintegration support, and community engagement purposes only.

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency services when needed. If an individual is experiencing a medical emergency, suicidal crisis, or mental health emergency, they should immediately contact 911, the Veterans Crisis Line (Dial 988, Press 1), or a licensed healthcare provider.

While E3 IVXP strives to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in activities may involve emotional, physical, environmental, or interpersonal risks depending on the nature of the event or program.

E3 IVXP makes reasonable efforts to protect participant privacy and information; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group or community settings.

By participating in E3 IVXP activities, programs, events, or services, participants acknowledge and accept the voluntary and non-clinical nature of the organization and its programming.
